Business Value Creation

The centerpiece of our Stage 2 Process is business value creation and enhancement.  This  work is always strategic and  must always be done  concurrently) as you run your business today.

Value enhancement is taking an idea or concept you currently use in your business and making it stronger.  Value creation is establishing a new revenue and profit center in your company that can provide significant income and profit opportunities.

An example of value enhancement is training and encouraging  your sales department to understand and call only on your most profitable Customers and prospective Customers.  An example of  value creation is finding  new niches or identifying and monetizing intellectual property you have, but are not .getting paid for.

Value creation allows you to create excess cash in your business.  Once excess cash is created, you get to decide how developing new cash sources will make your life better.
