Are you feeling down?  Do you feel that the world is getting away from you?  Then it’s time to find a touchstone and remember when things were better.

A touchstone is a reminder:  It could be a word, it could be a physical action, or it could be something you can hold or see.  Whatever it is, it’s an anchor of when you were at your best.

Your touchstone is a way to bring yourself back to your better self.  It’s when we’re operating from a place of strength that we do good things.

If you’re feeling beaten down its time to remember and associate something to times when things were good.

Your touchstone lets you hear the words that were around you, remember the what you were seeing, and to feel the ambiance of what was around.  Remember to taste the tastes that were happening and smell the smells.  Getting all of your senses and sensory parts of your body involved is important.

What are your touchstones?  Do you have a time in your life that can bring you back?  Sure you do.  You might have to work a little at it, but it’s there.
